Good Morning! Yep, I am still alive and kicking. Had some family biz to attend to. Plus it is spring here in the desert and it is hard to stay in the studio when it is so glorious outside. I have been doing the yearly pond cleaning. What a job!!! The lily bulbs have gotten HUGE! Hubby and I both had to use some fish gaffers to pull them out of the water. Hubbys says one batch of the water lilies must of weighed 300 pounds!!! Whoa!!!! I culled out about 80 Koi babies and will trade them at the pet store or sell them on Craigs list.
The cacti in the garden are getting ready to do some serious flowering here shortly. I see the flower buds starting to swell. All the fruit tree's have their flowers right now and the bee's are really busy visiting.
Check out this little lizard. You know it is spring here when these little guys start scurrying about. This one was a real poser for me!

I do have some more Easter beads made up. Promise to get them up later this week.

Hey all!
So here we are in 2009. I'm glad to change to another year. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the economy starts to pick up for everyone this year!!! Out with the old and in with the new I say!!

We had snow here in Las Vegas! It was pretty unreal!!!! All the palm tree's and cactus were covered. It only lasted a few days, but that was OK with me. Here is a pic from the famous Las Vegas Strip when it was snowing with tourists posing :0)

I love this view from our house. It was really crispy and clear that day.
